Register your third-party partner or agency in Apple Business
Anyone can deliver data about places using Apple Business. Even if you don’t own or manage an organization yourself, your organization may deliver location and place card information, photos, or actions on behalf of an organization (for example, an ad agency). In Apple Business, these are called third-party partners.
For third-party partners, the following information is required:
Legal name of the organization
Country or region
Address
Phone number
Website
Two verification methods
After you’re verified, an organization may want you to manage their brands and locations in Apple Business. Before you can begin, you need to share your third-party partner Organization ID with them. See Share your third-party partner Organization ID.
Important: Contact someone at the organization and let them know when you are sending this information, so they can add it quickly and you can begin managing their content.
Create your third-party partner account
Go to https://business.apple.com/.
Select Sign up now.
Enter and review the following organization information:
The name of your organization.
Note: This name may change when you verify your organization.
An email address that isn’t associated with an App Store or iCloud account, and that hasn’t been used as an Apple Account for any other Apple service or website. If you do, you’ll be asked to create a new Apple Account later.
Select whether you want to receive emails about Apple Business news, updates, and promotions.
The website URL.
Note: This is an optional field, but providing it can expedite your organization’s verification process.
The location and address of the organization.
Select the checkbox that you’re an agency that manages data on behalf of other organizations, then select Confirm.
Select Next.
If you used a personal Apple Account or a Managed Apple Account used by another organization, you need to create a new Apple Account to access all of the features of Apple Business.
Enter the following:
First and last name of the individual enrolling on behalf of the organization.
Note: This needs to be a legal, human name. First and last names such as “IT Coordinator” or “Apple Deployment” are returned to you to correct the information.
The country or region.
Create and confirm a password for your new account, select a region code, enter your phone number, and choose whether you want verification codes sent to your phone number using SMS or a phone call.
Enter the characters shown on the screen or select Vision Impaired.
Select Next.
Enter the verification code sent to your email address, then select Next.
Enter the verification code sent to your phone number, then select Next.
Select Sign In, sign in with your new Apple Account user name and password, then enter the verification code.
Enter your organization information again, select the checkbox that you’re an agency that manages data on behalf of other organizations, then select Confirm.
Review the Apple Business Terms and Conditions, then select Agree.
If necessary, enter your organization’s website, then choose your first verification method:
See Business ID types accepted.

Select Done.
Your organization’s information is in review and may take up to 5 business days. You’ll receive an email when the review is complete.
Note: During the review process, Apple may reach out to verify your submitted information. Make sure that any filters allow mail from all apple.com domains and return any missed phone calls quickly so the review process can proceed smoothly.
Share your third-party partner Organization ID
In Apple Business, sign in with a user whose role is Organization Administrator.
To view roles and permissions, see Intro to roles and permissions.
In your browser, choose Settings > Integrations > Partner Access.
Locate your third-party partner Organization ID next to ID for Shared Access and copy it to your Clipboard.
Share that third-party partner Organization ID with an organization that wants you to manage their brands in Apple Business.
Manage another organization
After you’ve shared your third-party partner Organization ID with another organization, they’ll invite you to manage their brands and locations. After you accept the invitation, you can then sign in and begin to manage that content. See the following:
