Create an App Access configuration in Apple Business
App Access allows you to choose what apps appear on iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV devices, either by specifying a list of only restricted apps, or a list of only approved apps.
Use App Access to specify approved apps
In Apple Business, sign in with a user whose role has permissions to create, edit, and delete device configurations.
To view roles and permissions, see Intro to roles and permissions.
In your browser, choose Devices > Configurations > All Configurations.
Select All Configurations, select Add
next to App Access
, then enter a name for the configuration.Choose the platforms to create the configuration for, such as:
iOS/iPadOS
tvOS
visionOS
Select one of the following list types for iOS/iPadOS and tvOS:
Denied Apps: A list of apps that will be removed from the device.
Allowed Apps: A list of apps that will be the only apps available on the device.
Provide the bundle IDs of each app in the list.

For external apps, contact the app developer.
Choose to allow users to remove built-in apps for iOS/iPadOS and visionOS.
Select Save.
