Can I skip a song?
Yes, you can skip six songs per station per hour. On your iOS device, you can skip songs from the Lock screen, and if you're using iOS 8 or later, you'll see your remaining skips on the Lock screen. If you can't skip a song, you'll have to wait until the hour is up, or change the station.
Can I replay or fast-forward a song?
Like a radio station, you'll hear music on iTunes Radio in real time. You can use the station's history to buy songs you like, or use the skip option to skip songs you don't like.
What is seamless playback?
Seamless playback lets you stop playing iTunes Radio on one device and then resume playing where you left off on another device. You can use this feature on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch (iOS 8 or later) or your Apple TV (software version 7.0 or later). Learn more about using seamless playback.
Why does the music stop playing after two hours?
If you don't interact with your device for two hours, iTunes Radio will time out. If this happens, go to iTunes Radio and start playing a station again.
Can I remove ads from iTunes Radio?
Yes, if you're in the United States or Australia, you can listen to iTunes Radio without ads when you subscribe to iTunes Match. If you're using iOS 7.1 or later and iTunes 11.2 or later, you don't need to turn on iTunes Match on your device. As long as you have an active subscription to iTunes Match, you can listen to ad-free radio. Can I stream music from iTunes Radio to my iOS-compatible car stereo?
