View health records on your iPhone or iPad
With the Health app, you can see all of your health records — such as medications, immunisations, lab results and more — in one place.
Add your health records
On your iPhone or iPad, open the Health app.
If you’re on your iPhone, tap the Summary tab, then tap your
in the top right-hand corner. If you’re on your iPad, tap Profile in the top left-hand corner.Under Features, tap Health Records, then tap Get Started. To add another provider, scroll down to Features, then tap Add Account.
You'll be prompted to allow the Health app to use your location to find hospitals and health networks near you. Choose either Allow Once, Allow While Using App or Don't Allow.
Search for your hospital or network, then tap it.
Under Available To Connect, choose an option.
Sign in to your healthcare provider's website or app. You may be asked to save your password.
Wait for your records to be updated. It may take a minute for your information to appear.
Repeat these steps for each supported provider.
After you've added an institution, the Health app will automatically update your health records periodically. If there's an issue with your health records, contact your provider.
View your health records
On your iPhone or iPad, open the Health app.
If you’re on your iPhone, tap Browse. If you’re on your iPad, tap
to open the sidebar.Under Health Records, tap a category.
Tap an item to see more information about it.
Remove a health record
On your iPhone or iPad, open the Health app.
If you’re on your iPhone, tap the Summary tab, then tap your
in the top right-hand corner. If you're on your iPad, tap Profile in the top left-hand corner.Under Features, tap Health Records.
Tap the provider you want to remove.
Tap Remove Account.
To confirm, tap Remove Account & Delete Data.
This will also delete the account and data from other devices where you've signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID.
Health records are only available in Canada, United Kingdom and the United States.
