Complete device management
Apple Business is a comprehensive device management solution that allows you to remotely configure, deploy and manage Apple devices. Whether your devices are owned by your organisation or by your employees, Apple Business has you covered, ensuring your entire fleet of devices is managed.
Easily deliver apps and settings to your users, user groups and devices using Configurations and Blueprints. Use Configurations to create security, network and other settings. Automate the assigning of apps and device configurations using Blueprints. Configure once, deploy everywhere.
Automated Device Enrolment
Streamline initial setup without touching or preparing devices beforehand. You can automatically enrol devices in your device management service of choice, as long as you add the device to your organisation at the time of purchase – from Apple, an Apple Authorised Reseller, an authorised mobile network operator or through Apple Configurator.
Apps and Books
Get apps and books licences in volume and assign, install and update them wirelessly to devices or users. You retain full ownership and control of apps you buy and can revoke and reassign apps to different devices and users – in any country where that app is available from the App Store.
Managed Apple Accounts
Create and manage Apple Accounts for your employees at scale. You can use Managed Apple Accounts for account-driven enrolment workflows and keep organisational data separate from personal data with robust management controls. With identity and access management, you can define what services are available to employees and custom roles let you create accounts with the permissions you need to manage Apple Business.
By integrating with your existing identity provider’s (IdP) environment, you can provide Managed Apple Accounts to users using their existing organisation credentials – for example, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID or your IdP. You can then sync user accounts.

Through the directory tab in the Apple Business app, your employees will be able to customise their contact card with their preferred names and pronouns.
iCloud storage
Secure your business data and help maintain employee privacy with additional iCloud storage for your Managed Apple Accounts. This keeps storage, backup and collaboration simple and secure. Plans include customisable storage with up to 2 TB per employee, allowing employees to access their documents and data wherever they are and unlock seamless collaboration when they need it.
