Manually add users in Apple Business
Overview
In Apple Business, you can manually add users at any time. When you add them, you need to assign them at least one role.
If you have other people in your organisation who will manage organisational units, devices and get licences for apps and books, you can add them in Apple Business. In this way, you spread out responsibility for managing specific tasks – for example, in a larger office, where departments may want to manage their own devices and employee lists.
Organisation Administrators
You can have up to nine additional users with the role of Organisation Administrator.
Important: Set up at least one additional user with the role of Organisation Administrator in case your original user with the role of Organisation Administrator is unable to sign in for any reason.
