Share your Apple Business access with a third-party partner
You may want to delegate management of your brands, brand features and locations to a third-party partner in Apple Business. This allows you to focus on your organisation and lets the third-party partner manage your content.
If you do choose to allow a third-party partner to manage your content, that content is subject to the same policies as if you had created it.
The third-party partner needs to have an Apple Business account and be verified by Apple. To get a third-party partner started, send them this link: Register your third-party partner or agency.
There are two ways to share your content with a third-party partner:

Use OAuth to share your content with a third-party partner
Each third-party partner may have different steps to complete the process. Contact your third-party partner for additional information. Follow these steps on your third-party partner website to allow access to Apple Business content.
Note: Your organisation needs to be verified by Apple before you can complete this task.
Sign in to your third-party partner website.
Navigate to the page containing the Apple Business account connection.
Initiate the connection between your third-party partner website and Apple Business.
If you agree to the terms and conditions, select “Allow for your third-party partner to manage your organisation’s content in Apple Business”.
Use an Organisation ID to share your content with a third-party partner
Note: Your organisation needs to be verified by Apple before you can complete this task.
In Apple Business, sign in with a user whose role is an Organisation Administrator or Marketing Administrator.
To view roles and permissions, see Intro to roles and permissions.
In your browser, choose Settings > Partner Access.
Select Share access.
In the Share access dialog, then enter the following:
The third-party partner’s Organisation ID: Contact the third-party partner for their Organisation ID.
Select a role: In agreement with your third-party partner, you need to decide on which Apple Business role they should have. If you want them to view and change all information about your organisation brand and it’s associated features, you need to select Brand Admin. If they can view but not change any of that information, you need to select Brand Read-Only.
Choose the brands: Choose whether the third-party partner has access to all your brands or just specific ones.
Select Invite to send the invitation to the third-party partner.
Notify the third-party partner to expect an email.
Important: Make sure that any filters allow mail from all apple.com domains.
Use the Organisation page to remove a third-party partner’s access
You may want to remove a third-party partner from managing your organisation’s content.
In Apple Business, sign in with a user whose role is an Organisation Administrator.
To view roles and permissions, see Intro to roles and permissions.
In your browser, choose Settings > Partner Access.
In the Share access section, select Edit next to the third-party partner you want to remove.
Review the information, then select Remove Access.
Confirm you want to remove access, then select Remove.
Use the Brand page to remove a third-party partner’s access
You may want to remove a third-party partner from managing your organisation’s content.
In Apple Business, sign in with a user whose role is an Organisation Administrator.
To view roles and permissions, see Intro to roles and permissions.
In your browser, choose Brands > Profiles.
Sort or search for the brand that you shared access to. See How to search.
Select the brand, then select Access.
Find the third-party partner you want to remove in the list, then select Edit.
Select Remove Access.
Confirm you want to remove access, then select Remove.
Remove OAuth access from a third-party partner
You may want to remove OAuth access from a third-party partner.
In Apple Business, sign in with a user whose role is an Organisation Administrator.
To view roles and permissions, see Intro to roles and permissions.
In your browser, choose Settings > Partner Access.
Select Share Access.
In the Connected Apps and Websites section, select Remove to remove the third-party app or website.
Confirm you want to remove access, then select Remove.
