Add iCloud storage for users in Apple Business
Overview
You can add iCloud storage for users in Apple Business. The storage can be:
50 GB for users with one device
200 GB for users with up to three devices
2 TB for users with up to three devices
What happens when iCloud storage is changed?
You can change the amount of storage for users. If you reduce the storage, the following occurs:
The storage is reduced to the free storage or the storage included in the reduced plan.
If the iCloud storage exceeds the new storage plan capacity, iCloud won’t sync or update the user’s information. iCloud updates again when you increase the storage capacity or users delete information to make more space.
To make sure your organization doesn’t lose any information, learn how to copy what’s in iCloud. See the Apple Support article Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud.
