The Session Player Editor in Logic Pro for Mac
You edit the content of Session Player regions in the Session Player Editor. It is available in the Editors area when a Session Player region is selected. The changes you make apply to the selected Session Player region.

In the editor, you can choose a Keyboard Player, Bass Player, or Drummer for the selected Session Player region, edit the region-based performance of a Session Player, and work with chords. The changes you make in the editor influence the complexity, fills, and other aspects of the Session Player’s performance. You can also quickly regenerate a performance without editing the settings in the editor.
Some performance settings in the editor, such as intensity and complexity, are common to all Session Players. Others are unique to the Keyboard Player, Bass Player, or Drummer, giving you control over playing techniques that are characteristic of their instruments and music styles.
You can also choose, create, and delete presets. Presets offer a quick way to browse predefined, region-based Session Player Editor settings, such as patterns, fills, and swing settings.
