Add a location in Apple Business Connect
When a customer selects your location in Maps (or receives your location information shared from another customer), they want to see information particular to that location. You can manage the information that appears, the photos that are shown, and highlight new items, deals, sales, or other promotional content (called Showcases). Showcases are specific to each location.
When you set up your first brand, you can set specific information for all locations, such as the logo and cover photo (together they’re called a Place Card header). When you add locations, you can use a different cover photo for each one.
Location information customers can’t see
Locations in your company contain the following information that customers can’t view:
Default language: The default language for that location.
Location code: A location or store code—for example, 02, 03, or US02, US03, and so on.
Verification date: The date your location claim was verified by Apple.
Third-Party Partner ID: If your company is using one, the identifier of your Third-Party Partner.
Add a new location
Complete this task if your location isn’t already claimed.
If you’re not already signed in to Apple Business Connect, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator.
If you’re the administrator for more than one company, select the appropriate company from the Company list .

Enter the name of your brand, then do one of the following:

Continue through the process. When you get to “Verify a claimed location,” you can request a location transfer to your brand.
Select “ask to join their team,” fill out the request form, then select Send. The request is sent to the current Company Admin of that claimed location to deny or add you to as a team member. If they add you, your role will be Company Admin or Company Read-Only for specific brands. You receive an email letting you know whether your request was denied or approved.
