Add, edit, or delete photos in Apple Business Connect
Photos help your customers visualize your locations, what you offer, and more and you can add, edit, or delete photos for your brands in Apple Business Connect. After your company is verified, you can add photos to your locations in Apple Business Connect.
After photos are added, approved, and associated with a location, they appear in an album named “From the Business,” which customers can access from that location’s Place Card. A customer can then select a photo to expand it to full screen.
Photo requirements
The photo file format can be HEIF, JPEG, or PNG.
A filename can contain numbers and spaces. It’s a good idea to consider how you name the photos. For example, if you have multiple locations for your brand, make sure each filename can be easily identified for each location you have.
Important: Before you add photos, make sure you review the Photo and text standards and guidelines.

How photos are used in Apple Business Connect
Photos can be used in a few ways in Apple Business Connect:
Place Card headers: A cover photo (along with a logo)—together called a Place Card header—is what customers see when they select a location in Maps and Apple Wallet. You might want each location for your brand to show a unique cover photo (but use the same logo), so customers can see the location surroundings in Maps.
Showcase photos: Showcase photos appear alongside offers of special discounts, updated menus, events, or new items.
