Cellular payload settings for Apple devices
You can configure access point network (APN) settings to define how your device connects to the provider network for users of iPhone devices enrolled in a mobile device management (MDM) solution. Use the Cellular payload to change an iPhone device’s APN and cellular (mobile data) network proxy settings, which define how the device connects to the provider’s network. Change these settings only if instructed to do so by a carrier network expert. If these settings are incorrect, the device can’t access data using the mobile network. To undo a change to these settings, remove the profile from the device.
