Wi-Fi MDM settings for Apple devices

You can configure Wi-Fi settings for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV devices enrolled in a mobile device management (MDM) solution.

Service Set Identifier	Enter the SSID of the wireless network to connect to.	Yes
Hidden Network	Specify whether the network that the device connects to is broadcasting its identity.	No
Auto Join	Specify whether to automatically join the network without notifying users.	No
Disable captive network detection (iOS and iPadOS-only)	Users won’t have an opportunity to join networks that require agreements or other information prior to network access.	No
Network authentication type	Users won’t have an opportunity to join networks that require agreements or other information prior to network access.
