Change the look of a table in Keynote on Apple Vision Pro
Change the look of table text
Tap the table, or select the cells you want to change, tap 
Apply a different style to a table
- Tap the table, then tap  
- Tap Table (if it’s not already selected), then tap a different style. 
If you changed the table font, border style or border colour, before applying a different table style, the new table might not retain those changes.
Show, hide or edit a table title
When you add a table, its place holder name (Table 1, for example) is hidden by default. You can show the name and edit it. No tables in a presentation can have the same name.
- Tap the table, then tap  
- Tap Table (if it’s not already selected), then turn Title on or off. 
- To edit the table title, double-tap it. - The insertion point appears in the name. 
- Pinch and drag the insertion point where you want to edit, then make your changes. See Enter text and use Dictation on Apple Vision Pro. 
Tip: You can enclose the table title in a border. Tap the table title, tap 
Change the border and background of table cells
You can change the border and background of any selection of table cells.
