Find out what Siri can do on Apple Vision Pro
Use Siri on Apple Vision Pro to get information and perform tasks. Siri and its response appear on top of what you’re currently doing, allowing you to refer to information in your view.
Siri is interactive. When Siri displays a web link, you can tap it to see more information in your default web browser. When the response from Siri includes buttons or controls, you can tap them to take further action.
Below are some examples of what you can use Siri to do. Additional examples appear throughout this guide. You can also discover Siri capabilities by asking “Siri, what can I do here?” when using an app, or any time you want to know what Siri can do in the moment.
Use Siri for all of your favourite tasks
You can use Siri to perform everyday tasks.
“Siri, send a message to my sister.”
“Siri, read my messages.”
“Siri, open the Notes app.”
“Siri, close the Mail app.”
“Siri, call Mum.”
Use Siri to control what you’re looking at
On Apple Vision Pro, you can use Siri to open apps and more based on what you’re looking at. For example:
Look at a message you want to respond to and say “Siri, message them”.
Look at an app you want to open and say “Siri, open this”.
Look at an app you want to close and say “Siri, close this”.
Use Siri with Environments
Use Siri to set and change Environments. For example:
“Siri, what Environments do I have?”
“Siri, take me to the Moon.”
“Siri, go to Haleakala.”
“Siri, turn off my Environment.”
“Siri, make it daytime.”
Look at an Environment and say “Siri, open this Environment”.
Use Siri with settings and more
Use Siri to open or control settings. Say something like:
“Siri, show me my Persona.”
“Siri, set up hands” or “Siri, set up eyes” to redo eye or hand input.
“Siri, turn off my Apple Vision Pro.”
Use Siri with apps
You can use Siri to control apps with your voice. Say something like:
“Siri, open Capture.”
“Siri, set up a meeting with Gordon at 9” to create an event in Calendar.
“Siri, add avos to the shopping list” to add an item to Reminders.
“Siri, send a message to PoChun saying love you” to send a text using Messages.
“Siri, what’s my update?” to get an update about the weather in your area, the news, your reminders and calendar events, and more.
Personalise your experience with Siri
The more you use Siri, the better it knows what you need. You can also tell Siri about yourself and change how and when Siri responds. See any of the following:
You can also use accessibility features with Siri.
Siri is designed to protect your information, and you can choose what you share. To learn more, see the Ask Siri, Dictation & Privacy website.
