View your child’s health reports and information on Apple Watch
With your child’s permission, you can view reports of their activity and health information.
Note: Apple Watch For Your Kids isn’t available in all countries or regions. For information about availability, including supported carriers, see Apple Watch GPS + Cellular.
Add your child’s health details and Medical ID to their Apple Watch
Go to the Apple Watch app
on the iPhone used to manage your child’s watch.
Tap My Watch, then tap a watch below Family Watches.
Tap
, tap Health, then tap Request [family member’s name] Health Data.
Tap Request Health Data, and a notification is sent to the managed watch. After your family member has chosen to share their health data, do the following:
Tap Health Details to enter or edit information such as birth date, height, and weight.
Tap Set Up Medical ID to add emergency contacts and more.
If your family member chose to share this information from their Health app with you, you can see health details and Medical ID on the iPhone used to manage the Apple Watch and on the watch.
On your iPhone: Go to the Health app, tap Sharing, tap your family member’s name, then tap Profile.
On the managed Apple Watch: Go to the Settings app
on the Apple Watch, then tap Health.
View your child’s health information from their Apple Watch
If your family member has chosen to share their health data, you can see additional information about their activity as well as information about hearing, time spent in daylight, heart rate, and more.
Go to the Health app on your iPhone.
Tap Sharing, then tap your family member’s name below Sharing With You.
Tap Health Categories, then tap a category.
