Säkerhetskopiera och återskapa iPhone, iPad eller iPod touch på datorn eller iCloud
Ett av de bästa sätten att skydda informationen på en iPhone, iPad eller iPod touch mot skada eller förlust är att säkerhetskopiera filer och inställningar till antingen datorn eller iCloud. Säkerhetskopiering är också praktiskt om du skaffar en ny enhet och vill överföra dina gamla inställningar till den.
När du har säkerhetskopierat enheten kan du använda säkerhetskopian till att återställa informationen på enheten om det behövs. Om problem som inte går att lösa med återställning från en säkerhetskopia uppstår, kan du också återställa enheten till fabriksinställningarna och sedan återställa en senare säkerhetskopia och se om det löser problemet.
Säkerhetskopiera en enhet
Anslut enheten till datorn.
Du kan ansluta enheten med en USB- eller USB-C-kabel eller en Wi‑Fi-anslutning. Se Synkronisera innehåll mellan datorn och iPhone, iPad eller iPod touch via Wi‑Fi.
Klicka på i Dock för att öppna ett Finder-fönster och markera sedan enheten i Finder-sidofältet.
Om du anslutit enheten till datorn med en USB-kabel, men enheten inte visas i sidofältet i Finder, läser du Om en enhet inte visas i sidofältet.
Klicka på Allmänt i raden nära överkanten.
Välj alternativ för säkerhetskopiering genom att göra något av följande:
Markera ”Säkerhetskopiera din viktigaste information på [enhet] till iCloud” om du vill lagra säkerhetskopierade data på iCloud istället för på datorn. Din enhet säkerhetskopieras på iCloud under nästa automatiska säkerhetskopiering.
Markera ”Säkerhetskopiera alla data på [enhet] till den här datorn” om du vill lagra säkerhetskopior på datorn. Din enhet säkerhetskopieras på datorn under nästa automatiska säkerhetskopiering.
Markera kryssrutan ”Kryptera den lokala säkerhetskopian” om du vill kryptera säkerhetskopian och skydda den med ett lösenord. Vill du ändra ett lösenord klickar du på Ändra lösenord.
Klicka på Säkerhetskopiera nu om du omedelbart vill starta en säkerhetskopiering av enheten på datorn. När säkerhetskopieringen är klar kan du visa den säkerhetskopierade filen genom att klicka på Hantera säkerhetskopior.
Återskapa en enhet från en säkerhetskopia
Om du får problem med en enhet kan du använda en säkerhetskopia till att återskapa informationen på enheten.
Anslut enheten till datorn.
Du kan ansluta enheten med en USB- eller USB-C-kabel eller en Wi‑Fi-anslutning. Se Synkronisera innehåll mellan datorn och iPhone, iPad eller iPod touch via Wi‑Fi.
Klicka på i Dock för att öppna ett Finder-fönster och markera sedan enheten i Finder-sidofältet.
Klicka på Allmänt i raden nära överkanten.
Klicka på Återskapa säkerhetskopia.
Klicka på popupmenyn Säkerhetskopia, välj den säkerhetskopia som du vill återskapa på enheten och klicka sedan på Återskapa.
Om säkerhetskopian är krypterad måste du ange lösenordet innan filer och inställningar återskapas.
Återställa en enhet till fabriksinställningarna
Du kan ominstallera den programvara som ursprungligen fanns på enheten och återställa den till fabriksinställningarna. Det kan du behöva göra om du har problem med enheten (t.ex. om den låser sig eller kraschar ofta) eller om du tänker sälja eller ge bort den.
Viktigt: När du återställer en enhet till fabriksinställningarna raderas all information och alla inställningar. Under återskapningen kan du välja att säkerhetskopiera enheten på datorn. Du kan använda den säkerhetskopian till att återskapa informationen och inställningarna på enheten.
Obs! Du måste stänga av appen Hitta i iCloud-inställningarna på enheten innan du kan återställa den.
Anslut enheten till datorn med en USB- eller USB-C-kabel.
Det går inte att återställa en enhet via en Wi‑Fi-anslutning.
Klicka på i Dock för att öppna ett Finder-fönster och markera sedan enheten i Finder-sidofältet.
Klicka på Allmänt i raden nära överkanten.
Klicka på Återskapa [enhet] och följ anvisningarna på skärmen.
