Review device assignments in Apple Business Essentials
In Apple Business Essentials, you can review details of your device assignments, including:
The order numbers
The date the devices are assigned or unassigned
Who assigned (or unassigned) the devices to a specific MDM server
The name of the mobile device management (MDM) server that the devices have been assigned to or unassigned from
The total number of devices, organized by device group
You can also download a .csv file containing the serial numbers of all the devices (assigned or unassigned) for each MDM server.
Review device assignments
In Apple Business Essentials, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator or Device Enrollment Manager.
Select Assignment History in the sidebar, then select an assignment to get more information.
To download a .csv file with the serial numbers associated with an assignment, select Download.
