Trim the edges of the canvas in Pixelmator Pro on iPad
The Trim Canvas feature removes any transparent or solid colored areas at the edges of an image.
In Pixelmator Pro on iPad, swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the menu bar, then choose Image > Trim Canvas.
In the window that opens, tap the Trim Type pop-up menu, then choose an option:
Transparent Pixels: Trims away transparent areas at the edges of the image.
Top Left Pixel Color: Trims away areas that are the same color as the upper-left pixel of the image.
Bottom Right Pixel Color: Trims away areas that are the same color as the lower-right pixel of the image.
By default, all edges of the image will be trimmed.
To prevent specific edges of the image from being trimmed, turn off the Top Edge, Bottom Edge, Right Edge, or Left Edge switch.
