Grade a course assignment in iTunes U for web
As the course instructor or contributor, when students hand in homework assignments for your private course, you can use the course Admin | Grades pane to grade the assignments.
You can also view the assignment journal in the Posts | Assignments pane. Click Posts > Assignments, click the assignment you want, then click a student discussion.
Grade an assignment
In iTunes U for web, click the course name in the dashboard for the course with the assignment you want to grade.
Click Admin , then click Grades.
Click the progress cell for the student whose assignment you want to grade.
iTunes U displays the assignment journal for the student.
Click to download and review the homework file the student turned in, if applicable.
Click Grade, then enter a grade (for example, 85.5 or 85,5) and a message for the assignment.
iTunes U uses the grade format appropriate for your locale, based on your browser language setting.
Do one of the following:
Click Save Draft, then click Done.
iTunes U saves your grade information and message text as a draft (indicated by message color, design, and text) and updates the student assignment journal with the new draft information. The grade remains a draft until you share the grade by clicking Send Now or Send # Grades in the assignment header pop-up.
Click Send Now, then click Done.
iTunes U sends your grade information and message text to the student and updates the student assignment journal with the new grade information.
