Edit, reorder, and delete assignments in iTunes U for web
After you add an assignment to a post, you can always edit the assignment to update information (for example, add a due date, enable grading or hand-in, or add an attachment), reorder assignments by dragging an assignment to a new location within a post, remove an assignment due date (in-session courses only), and, when an assignment is no longer needed, you can remove it entirely from the post.
