You can combine chords on the Chord track into a chord group. You can copy, move, and loop a chord group as a unit in order to use the same sequence of chords in different parts of a project. You can also ungroup the chords in a chord group and use or edit them individually, and trim a chord group so only some chords play.
In Logic Pro, select multiple chords on the Chord track.
Control-click one of the selected chords, then choose Group Chords from the shortcut menu (or use the Group Chords key command).
A chord group is created from the first selected chord to the last selected chord.
In Logic Pro, select a chord group on the Chord track.
Control-click the selected chord group, then choose Ungroup Chords from the shortcut menu (or use the Ungroup Chords key command).
In Logic Pro, double-click the chord.
In Logic Pro, use the Select All Chord Groups key command.
In Logic Pro, set the cycle area to include the chord groups you want to select.
Use the Select All Chord Groups in Cycle Range key command.
