Search for music in Apple Music on Windows
You can quickly find music from your favourite categories, view your recent search history, and search Apple Music, your library or the iTunes Store.
Note: Even if you don’t subscribe to Apple Music, you can search for music, listen to or watch previews of music and videos and listen to the Apple Music 1 radio station for free.
Search Apple Music

In the Apple Music app
on your Windows computer, select the search field in the top-left corner.Select Apple Music on the right.
Enter what you’re searching for (such as a song title or lyric), then select a suggestion or press Enter.
Your search results appear in the main Apple Music window.
Search your library

on your Windows computer, select the search field in the top-left corner.Select Your Library on the right.
Enter what you’re searching for (such as an artist or album name), then select a suggestion or press Enter.
Your search results appear in the main Apple Music window.
Search the iTunes Store
In the Apple Music app
on your Windows computer, select the Sidebar Actions button 
at the top of the sidebar, then choose Settings.Select General, then make sure iTunes Store is selected.
Select the search field in the top-left corner.
Select iTunes Store on the right.
Enter what you’re searching for (such as a music genre or song lyric), then select a suggestion or press Enter.
Your search results appear in the main Apple Music window.
Find music from your favourite categories
In the Apple Music app
on your Windows computer, select the search field in the top-left corner.Select a genre, mood or activity, such as Dance or Fitness.
Various types of results appear in the main Apple Music window — playlists, featured artists, songs and more.
If you recently searched for something (such as a song, artist or album), you can select that instead of a category.
To start a new search, delete the text from the search field or select the Delete button 
in the search field.
