Change your Account Settings in Apple Music on Windows

When you have an Apple ID, you can sign in to the Apple Music app’s Account Settings to view or change your account information, see your purchase history and more.

Change your account information

In the Apple Music app on your Windows computer, sign in with your Apple ID if you’re not already signed in.
Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose View My Account.
Make your changes (details below), then select Done.
Your changes take effect immediately, and apply to all apps in which you use your Apple ID.

Account Access

Option			Do the following
Apple Music			Select Manage on the right, follow the onscreen instructions, then select Done.

Settings

Option			Do the following
Nickname			Select Create Nickname or Edit Nickname on the right, follow the onscreen instructions, then select Submit.
Alert Me			Select Manage on the right, select the options you want (or deselect the ones you don’t), then select Save Changes.
Personalised Recommendations			Select Manage on the right, select to show (or deselect to hide) personalised recommendations, then select Save Changes.
Allow Friends to Find You			Select Enable or Disable.
Subscriptions			See the Apple Support article If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple.
Pre-orders			See the Apple Support article View or cancel pre-orders for apps, movies, music or books.
