Set up iCloud for Freeform on all your devices
You can use iCloud with Freeform on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac (with iOS 16.2, iPadOS 16.2, macOS 13, or later). For an overview of what you can do with iCloud, see Keep your Freeform boards up to date and share them with iCloud.
Note: Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID on each device. If you have devices where you’re not signed in with your Apple ID or that have the Freeform feature turned off, you won’t be able to access your iCloud boards on those devices.
Set up iCloud for Freeform on your iPhone or iPad
On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
Tap Show All, then turn on Freeform.
For more information on how to collaborate on boards on your iPhone or iPad, see any of the following:
iPhone User Guide: Share Freeform boards and collaborate on iPhone
iPad User Guide: Share Freeform boards and collaborate on iPad
Set up iCloud for Freeform on your Mac
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, click [your name] at the top of the sidebar, then click iCloud.
Turn on Freeform. (If Freeform isn’t in the list, click Show All or Show More Apps.)
For more information on how to collaborate on Freeform boards on your Mac, see Share a Freeform board on Mac in the Freeform User Guide for Mac.
