Set up iCloud for Reminders on all your devices
You can use iCloud with Reminders on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac, and on iCloud.com. For an overview of what you can do with iCloud, see Keep your reminder lists up to date and share them with iCloud.
Note: Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID on each device. If you have devices where you’re not signed in with your Apple ID or that have the Reminders feature turned off, you won’t be able to access your iCloud reminders on those devices.
Set up iCloud for Reminders on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
Do one of the following:
iOS 16, iPadOS 16, or later: Tap Show All, then turn on Reminders.
iOS 15, iPadOS 15, or earlier: Turn on Reminders.
To view reminders stored in iCloud, open the Reminders app, then select a list in the iCloud section.

Set up iCloud for Reminders on your Mac
On your Mac, do one of the following:
macOS Ventura 13.3 or later: Choose Apple menu
> System Settings, click [your name] at the top of the sidebar, then click iCloud on the right. Below Apps Using iCloud, click Show All, then turn on Reminders.macOS Ventura 13 to 13.2: Choose Apple menu
> System Settings, click [your name] at the top of the sidebar, click iCloud on the right, then turn on Reminders.macOS 12 or earlier: Choose Apple menu
> System Preferences, click Apple ID, click iCloud, then select Reminders.
To view reminders stored in iCloud, open the Reminders app, then select a list in the iCloud section.

Use Reminders on iCloud.com
You can access your iCloud reminders in a web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer.
Go to icloud.com/reminders and sign in with your Apple ID.
