Create and delete email addresses for a custom domain on iCloud.com
After you set up a custom email domain for iCloud Mail (or someone shares a domain with you), you can use iCloud.com to create new email addresses and delete ones you’ve already created.
You can only create and delete your own email addresses. You can’t create or delete email addresses for anyone else using the domain.
Note: In order to create an address at a custom email domain, you need to have two-factor authentication turned on for your Apple ID and have a primary iCloud Mail address set up.
Create an email address
You can have a total of three active email addresses per domain.
On iCloud.com, click
in the toolbar, then click Custom Email Domain.
Select the domain you want to create an address for, then click
next to your name.
Enter the new address in the text field, then click “Add email address.”
Note: You can’t add an email address if you or someone else is using it with a different Apple ID. If you want to add that address, the other Apple ID needs to be changed to a different email address. See the Apple Support article Change your Apple ID.
Delete an email address
If you delete an email address, email sent to that address is returned to the sender.
On iCloud.com, click
in the toolbar, then click Custom Email Domain.
Select the domain you want to delete an address from.
Click
next to the address you want to delete, then follow the onscreen instructions.
Note: If someone leaves a domain, all their email addresses are deleted.
You can change the name associated with your email addresses in Mail preferences. See Change the full name or label.
