Read email in Mail on iCloud.com
You can view mail sent to your @icloud.com email address and any aliases in Mail on iCloud.com. If you have iCloud+, you can also view mail sent to your custom email domain addresses.
To view your iCloud Mail on other devices, see Set up iCloud Mail on all your devices.
Note: Custom Email Domain isn’t available in all countries or regions.
Read a message
In Mail on iCloud.com, click Inbox, then do any of the following:
Read a message: Select the message in your message list.
See a list of messages in a different mail folder: Click the folder in the Mailboxes list. For example, click Sent in the sidebar to see a list of messages you sent.
In your message list, messages are labeled with the following icons:

Check for new email messages
Your email messages are updated automatically, but you can also manually refresh your messages.
In Mail on iCloud.com, click
at the top of the Mailboxes list.
Mark an email as unread
In Mail on iCloud.com, select the message or messages you want to mark as unread in your message list.
Do one of the following:
If you selected one message: Click
, then click Mark as Unread.
If you selected more than one message: Click Mark, then click “Mark as Unread.”
You can mark individual messages in a conversation as unread. Click in the bottom-right corner of the message, then click Mark as Unread.
Load HTML images automatically
In Mail on iCloud.com, click
at the top of the Mailboxes list, then choose Preferences.
In the General tab, select “Load remote content in messages,” then click Done.
When “Load remote content in messages” isn’t selected, you need to click “Load remote content” at the top of a message to view the images.
