Add links to notes on iCloud.com
Create a link to another note or add a URL to a webpage.
Go to icloud.com/notes, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Select a note.
If you’re on a phone or tablet and you don’t see your notes, make sure the notes list is open.
Tap or click in to the note where you want to add a link, then do either of the following:
Add a link to another note: Type “>>” and then select a note from the list to add a link to that note.
If the note you want to link to doesn’t appear in the list, start typing the title of the note until it appears.
To add a link to a new note, type the title of the new note, then select Create Note [note title]. The new note appears in the sidebar.
Add a URL: On a computer, or if you have an external keyboard connected to your phone or tablet, press Command-K (on a Mac) or Control-K (on a Windows device). Add the URL, then enter an optional name if you want the link text to be different from the URL. When you’re finished, select Done.
Tip: You can also add a link to another note by pressing Command-K (on a Mac) or Control-K (on a Windows device), then selecting the Link To field and choosing a note from the list.
