Apple Fitness app at a glance
Use the Apple Fitness app on Apple TV with your Apple Watch or iPhone to:
Subscribe to Apple Fitness+, featuring world-class workouts and guided meditations by the world’s top trainers, with new workouts every week so you can work out however and wherever you want.

When you finish a workout, your daily activity data is synced to the Fitness apps on other devices associated with your Apple ID (Apple Watch, iPhone or iPad).
Get recommended workouts and meditations based on your history.
Select from recommended workouts or meditations or browse by workout type and choose music from a variety of music genres to accompany your workout.
Add workouts and meditations to your personal library, and use your iPhone to create a Custom Plan, which you can also access from your library on Apple TV. See Use the library in the Fitness app on Apple TV.
Combine your favourite workouts with Stacks, which are a series of workouts or meditations you can play in sequence. See Use Stacks to combine workouts.
Work out together with up to 32 of your favourite people using Group Workouts, powered by SharePlay. See Work out together using SharePlay on Apple TV.
