Reporting options and metric definitions in Apple Business
You can view your impressions, taps, and actions for the current billing cycle at a glance. To see your reporting in more detail, select Last 30 Days.
Note: The time zone for all dates is set to UTC as a default. Reporting isn’t displayed in real time and may not reflect data received in the last several hours.
How are reporting metrics defined within the reporting period?
Actions: The total number of place card actions (currently includes Directions, Calls, Website, Photos, Share, Get the App) attributed to your ad.
Impressions: The number of times your ad appeared.
Spend: The sum of the cost of each customer tap on your ad.
Taps: The number of times your ad was tapped.
View your campaign performance as a chart
On the Campaign Performance page, you’ll see impressions, taps, actions, and spend for the current billing cycle. To configure your report:
In Apple Business, sign in with a user whose role is Organization Administrator or Ads Administrator.
To view roles and permissions, see Intro to roles and permissions.
In your browser, choose Brands > Campaign.
Select View Details.
Do any of the following:
To set the time period that you would like visualized in the report, select the calendar icon next to the current time period, then select dates on the calendar that appears. If you change the time period, the report updates automatically.
Select the metrics that you would like to include in the report. As you select or deselect metrics, the report updates automatically.
Hold the pointer over an area within the chart to see data for a specific day. You’ll see the date, the ads that ran on that day, and the data associated with them. If you download the report, you can view data by each ad that ran during that time period.
Select Download next to the time period to download the report. You also have the option to download a Location Insights report, which is a location-specific report for the data you’ve populated.
