How to cancel an AppleCare+ for Business plan
You can cancel an AppleCare+ for Business plan at any time. When you cancel, the following occurs:
iCloud storage reverts to 5 GB per user. See Unassign a user or user group from a user plan.
Any charges already incurred at time of cancellation are pro-rated and included on your final bill.
How to cancel an AppleCare+ for Business plan
In Apple Business, sign in with a user whose role has permissions to purchase Apple Business subscriptions.
To view roles and permissions, see Intro to roles and permissions.
Select the plan, select Cancel AppleCare, then carefully read the warning.
Choose one of the following:
If you’re unsure or haven’t notified all users that content on their devices will change, select Keep AppleCare.
If you still want to cancel your plan, select Cancel AppleCare.
