Review payment and billing information in Apple Business
Overview
In Apple Business, a user who has permissions to get licenses for apps and books can manage apps and books payment methods and view app purchase history. When a change to a payment method is made, any future billing is directed to the new payment method. Billing that’s in progress continues to use the original payment method. You can also maintain a store credit. This allows you to get licenses for apps and books using a purchase order (PO) account.
After your organization has set up an account and Apple successfully processes the order, you can add the VPP Credit code to Apple Business to add credit to your Apps and Books account.
For more information, see the Apple Support article Where to buy VPP Credit.

When you add more than one payment method, you can select which one is the default payment method for your purchases.
