Reorder slides in Keynote on Mac

Go to the Keynote app on your Mac.

Open a presentation with multiple slides.

Drag the slide you want to move to a new location in the slide navigator, presentation outline, or in light table view.

To move multiple slides, click the first slide, then hold down the Command key as you click any other slides.
