Manage junk mail in Mail on iCloud.com
Most junk mail (spam) sent to your @icloud.com address or its aliases is automatically identified and moved to your Junk folder. If you receive unwanted email, you can manually mark it as junk by dragging it to the Junk folder. Messages marked as junk are displayed with a junk mail icon .
Important: Because messages in the Junk folder are automatically deleted after 30 days, periodically check the Junk folder for messages that were mistakenly marked as junk.
Mark an email as junk
In Mail on iCloud.com, locate the message list and select the message or messages you want to mark as junk.
Do one of the following:
Click
, then choose Move to Junk.
Click
, then choose the Junk folder.
Drag the message or messages to the Junk folder in the sidebar.
If you don’t see the sidebar, see Show or hide the sidebar in Mail on iCloud.com.
Subsequent messages from the same sender are automatically marked as junk.
Indicate that an email isn’t junk
In Mail on iCloud.com, click the Junk folder in the sidebar.
