Create, edit, and delete themes in Public Site Manager
You can create and edit themes to customize the look and feel of your site, then delete themes you are no longer using in your site.
Apple provides you with a predefined color scheme, or sample theme, as a starting point. You can create and edit multiple themes to customize your site. For example, you can change background colors and text colors to customize your site’s theme. You can apply themes to your provider page.
If you do not apply a theme, iTunes U Public Site Manager applies the iTunes Store Default theme to your pages, as appropriate on each device. You can’t edit the iTunes Store Default theme.
Note: If you can’t choose a theme for a page (for example, in a See All page), iTunes U Public Site Manager applies your provider page theme to the page.
Create a theme
In Public Site Manager , click Themes, then click Create New Theme.
Provide details for your new theme:
Enter a name for the new theme.
Enter valid RGB color values for the page background color, regular text color, and title text color.
Click Save New Theme.
iTunes U Public Site Manager saves your new theme. iTunes U Public Site Manager adds the theme to the Theme pop-up menu in configurable pages so you can apply the theme to your pages. The changes do not go live in the iTunes U catalog until you publish, which can take several minutes to an hour to display.
Edit a theme
In Public Site Manager , click Themes, then click the name of the Custom theme you want to edit.
Edit details for your theme:
Update the theme name.
Update the RGB color values for the page background color, regular text color, and title text color.

iTunes U Public Site Manager saves your updated theme. If the theme you edited is currently in use in your site, iTunes U Public Site Manager immediately updates all pages using the theme throughout your site. The changes do not go live in the iTunes U catalog until you publish, which can take several minutes to an hour to display.
Delete a theme
In Public Site Manager , click Themes, then click the name of the Custom theme you want to delete.

iTunes U Public Site Manager deletes the theme from your site.
