Set up iCloud for Numbers on all your devices
You can use iCloud with Numbers on your iPhone, iPad and Mac, and on iCloud.com. For an overview of what you can do with iCloud, see Collaborate on Numbers spreadsheets and keep them up to date with iCloud.
Note: Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID on each device. If you have devices where you are not signed in with your Apple ID or that have the iCloud Drive and Numbers features turned off, you will not be able to access your spreadsheets stored in iCloud on those devices.
Set up iCloud for Numbers on your iPhone or iPad
On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled. If it is not, do one of the following:
iOS 16, iPadOS 16, or later: Tap iCloud Drive, then turn on Sync this [device].
iOS 15, iPadOS 15 or earlier: Turn on iCloud Drive.
Turn on Numbers. If you do not see it, tap Show All first.
To view Numbers spreadsheets stored in iCloud, open the Files app, tap iCloud Drive below Locations, then go to the Numbers folder or another folder that contains Numbers spreadsheets.

Set up iCloud for Numbers on your Mac
On your Mac, do one of the following:
macOS 13.3 or later: Choose Apple menu
> System Settings, click [your name] at the top of the sidebar, click iCloud, click iCloud Drive, then turn on Sync this Mac. Click Apps Syncing to iCloud Drive, then turn on Numbers.macOS 13 to 13.2: Choose Apple menu
> System Settings, click [your name] at the top of the sidebar, click iCloud, click iCloud Drive, then click Turn On. Click the Options button, then select Numbers.macOS 12 or earlier: Choose Apple menu
> System Preferences, click Apple ID, click iCloud, then select iCloud Drive. Click the Options button, then select Numbers.
To view Numbers spreadsheets stored in iCloud, open the Finder, click iCloud Drive in the sidebar, then go to the Numbers folder or another folder that contains Numbers spreadsheets.

Use Numbers on iCloud.com
You can edit and collaborate on Numbers spreadsheets in a web browser on a computer.
Go to icloud.com/numbers and sign in with your Apple ID.
