Archive email in Mail on iCloud.com
You can move emails to the Archive folder to help keep your inbox from getting too cluttered. Unlike emails you move to the Bin, archived emails remain in your Archive folder until you delete them. You can view the Archive folder in the Mailboxes list.
Tip: To quickly move emails to the Archive folder, you can replace the Delete button with the Archive button in Mail settings.
Archive emails
Go to icloud.com/mail, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Select the email or emails you want to archive in your email list:
On a phone or tablet: Tap Edit at the top of the email list, then tap
next to the email or emails.
On a computer: Click the email. To select multiple emails, Command-click (on a Mac) or Control-click (on a Windows device) the emails.
Select Move or
, then choose Archive.
Tip: If you chose to show the Archive button instead of the Delete button, you can select Archive or
