Archive the contacts you store in iCloud
You can create an archive (copy) of the contacts you store in iCloud using the Contacts app on your Mac or Microsoft Outlook on your Windows computer, as long as your computer has the Contacts feature turned on.
In Contacts on a Mac: Click All Contacts at the top of the Groups list, select all the contacts in the group, then choose File > Export > Export vCard.
To include groups in the archive file, choose File > Export > Contacts Archive.
Contacts creates a single vCard containing all your contacts.
In Microsoft Outlook 2016 or earlier on a Windows computer: For instructions, open Outlook Help and search for “export.”
