Change your goals on your Apple Watch

You can adjust your goals at any time to better suit your activity levels.

Change your goals

  1. Open the Activity app on your Apple Watch.

  2. Swipe up to view your Move progress or continue swiping to view your Exercise and Stand progress.

  3. Tap the plus/minus buttonNo alt supplied for Image in the bottom right to change the selected activity goal.

  4. Tap to increase or decrease the number for your daily goal, then tap Set.

If you don't see the option to update your Stand and Exercise goals, make sure you have an Apple Watch Series 3 or later with the latest version of watchOS.
