Configure an App Access setting in Apple Business Essentials
App Access allows you to choose what apps appear on iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV devices, either by specifying a list of only restricted apps, or a list of only approved apps.
Use App Access to specify approved apps
In Apple Business Essentials, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator.
Select Settings in the sidebar, then select All Settings.
Select the Add button next to App Access .
Under Platform, select the operating systems you would like to configure this setting for.
Select one of the following list types:
Denied Apps: A list of apps that will be removed from the device.
Allowed Apps: A list of apps that will be the only apps available on the device.
Provide the bundle IDs of each app in the list.
For native iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV apps, see Bundle IDs for native iPhone and iPad apps and Bundle IDs for native Apple TV apps in Apple Platform Deployment.
For third-party apps, contact the app developer.
Select Save.
