Any iOS device, Mac, Windows computer, or Apple TV that works with iCloud, including:

  • iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 6 or later.

    You can use iCloud with iOS 5, but it doesn’t take advantage of Shared Photo Streams, iCloud Tabs, Find My iPhone Lost Mode, and Find My Friends location-based alerts.

  • A Mac with OS X v10.8.2 or later. 

    You can use iCloud with OS X v10.7.5, but it doesn’t take advantage of Shared Photo Streams, iCloud Tabs, or Find My iPhone Lost Mode.

  • A Windows computer that has Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista, and has iTunes and iCloud Control Panel 2.1 or later.

  • Apple TV with software v5.1 or later, for viewing Photo Stream.

    Apple TV software v5.0–5.0.2 doesn’t take advantage of Shared Photo Streams.

To use iCloud features and web applications on these devices, you must have an iCloud account.
