Download a list of unmanaged Apple Accounts using your domain in Apple Business
In Apple Business, you can download a file that contains a list of unmanaged (personal) Apple Accounts using any of your verified domains. The number of accounts in this list may be lower than the total count of unmanaged Apple Accounts, as it only includes users that have recently signed in to Apple web services such as the Apple Developer Program, the AppleCare Enterprise Portal, or the Apple Push Notification Certificate web portal.
For example, Elana Landot is using the unmanaged Apple Account elana@melardclothing.com to sign in to developer.apple.com. If you have verified that your organization owns melardclothing.com, elana@melardclothing.com is shown in the file.
Important: This list of accounts updates every 24 hours. Prior to starting account transfer, the list of accounts updates only after initiating a new download 24 hours after the last request. Shortly after this download, the Last Updated date refreshes, and the list contains any new accounts added.

To view roles and permissions, see Intro to roles and permissions.
Select Manage next to the domain you want to review, then under the Account Names List, select Get Started.
Wait for Apple Business to complete the list.

.csv) file.
