Overview of Logic Pro settings
In Logic Pro for Mac, you can define and modify settings that apply to all projects in the Logic Pro Settings window. These settings are automatically saved whenever you quit the application. A general settings file, named com.apple.logic10.plist, is stored in the ~/Library/Preferences folder, as is a separate settings file for control surfaces, named com.apple.logic.pro.cs. You can make changes to these files only in Logic Pro. If you delete either settings file, a new one is created the next time you open Logic Pro, with all the Logic Pro settings reset to their default values.
When Enable Complete Features is selected in Advanced settings, you can reset settings to their default values manually.
In some instances, you’ll see a button in the Logic Pro Settings window that links to related settings in the Project Settings window, and vice versa. The Logic Pro Settings window and the Project Settings window can be visible at the same time.
