The software update Configuration now uses declarative device management, which now allows additional functionality for the following device platforms:
- iOS
- iPadOS
- visionOS

Users who have permissions to assign, unassign or release devices can now see those activities, regardless of the user who initiated them.

Added four new issuing authority certificate authorities (IACAs) for IDs in Apple Wallet: Illinois, North Dakota, West Virginia and for a digital ID using a US passport. See Create a certificate for Verify with Wallet on the Web.
