Manage team feedback in Feedback Assistant on Mac

You can reassign feedback that’s been assigned to you to a different team member.

1. In the sidebar of the Feedback Assistant app on your Mac, select the Submitted folder.

2. Select the feedback you want to reassign, click the Actions button , then choose Assign to Teammate.

3. Choose a teammate, then click Assign.

If you forgot to assign feedback to a team before submitting it, you can move it from your Personal mailbox to a team mailbox.

1. In the sidebar of the Feedback Assistant app on your Mac, select the Submitted folder in your Personal mailbox.

2. Select the feedback you want to move, click the Actions button , then choose Move to Team.

   If you have more than one feedback report to move, you can select them all to move them at the same time.

3. If you’re a member of multiple teams, click the Team pop-up menu, then choose the team you want to move the feedback to.

4. Click Move.

If you move feedback to another team, only a team administrator can return it to you.

If you’re a team administrator, you can remove submitted feedback from a team and transfer it back to the originator. The originator can see the feedback and its attachments even if the originator is no longer part of your team.

1. In the sidebar of the Feedback Assistant app on your Mac, select the Submitted folder.

2. Select the feedback you want to return, click the Actions button , then choose Remove from Team.

3. Click Move.
