Problemi con i materiali in iTunes U per il web
Se hai problemi con i materiali in iTunes U per il web, tieni a mente quanto segue:
Controlla che i materiali aggiunti appartengano all’elenco dei tipi di file multimediali supportati.
Quando aggiungi un materiale come link iTunes Store, verifica che si tratti di un collegamento supportato:

I collaboratori non possono aggiungere materiali a un corso dalla loro Libreria materiali.
I materiali che aggiungi a un corso come collaboratore non vengono aggiunti all’elenco I miei materiali.
Quando crei un corso, se desideri che un determinato materiale venga reso disponibile agli studenti solo al raggiungimento della sezione corrispondente del corso (per esempio, un quiz online), aggiungi il materiale alla tua Libreria materiali invece che alla sezione Materiali del corso. Quando avrai raggiunto la sezione del corso e creato post e compito, potrai allegare il materiale in questione dalla Libreria materiali. Solo a questo punto, iTunes U lo mostrerà nella sezione Materiali del corso. I materiali aggiunti alla sezione Materiali del corso possono essere consultati immediatamente dagli studenti, mentre i materiali aggiunti alla Libreria materiali possono essere consultati solo se associati a un corso specifico.
Non puoi indicare un singolo materiale come privato. In iTunes U, la privacy viene applicata solo a livello di corso.
Per annullare un caricamento, clicca sul pulsante Carica , poi clicca su per il caricamento di materiale da annullare.
Se clicchi su Opzione- per un materiale in fase di caricamento, iTunes U annulla tutti i caricamenti. Se clicchi su Opzione- per un materiale in attesa di caricamento (In attesa...), iTunes U annulla tutti i caricamenti in attesa.
Se iTunes U riscontra un problema durante il caricamento di un materiale, compare il pulsante Carica affiancato da un badge di errore.
Per vedere le informazioni sull’errore, clicca su , poi clicca su accanto al materiale.
Passa il mouse sul messaggio di errore per vedere il testo completo del messaggio.
Per aggiungere un materiale creato con un’app per iPad, apri il materiale nell’app (per esempio Pages, Keynote, Numbers), tocca , tocca Apri in un’altra app, poi segui i passaggi per aggiungere il materiale ad iTunes U. Puoi anche accedere al rullino foto e caricare un video o una foto in iTunes U.
Con iTunes U 3.0 o versione successiva, gli studenti possono prendere appunti sui compiti in formato PDF, quindi consegnarli come esercizi con annotazioni. Se usano un iPad (3a generazione o successiva) o un iPad mini 2 o versione successiva, potranno prendere appunti sul file PDF e consegnarlo senza uscire da iTunes U. Su dispositivi precedenti, devono inviare il file PDF da iTunes U a un editor PDF. Gli studenti possono prendere appunti su PDF nell’app separata poi riportare il PDF in iTunes U sul dispositivo e consegnare il PDF con gli appunti.
Per usare i materiali di iTunes U creati prima che la scuola o il distretto iniziasse a usare Apple School Manager con ID Apple gestiti, Apple consiglia di:
Inviare una copia del corso all’ID Apple gestito.
Quando invii una copia di un corso, iTunes U non modifica nulla del corso originale, ma ne crea uno snapshot includendo tutte le pagine di informazioni, i post e i materiali del corso. Se il registro degli studenti esiste nel corso originale, iTunes U non lo copia nella versione snapshot del corso.
Caricare nuovamente eventuali materiali non associati a un corso tramite il tuo ID Apple gestito.
I materiali nella Libreria materiali non associati a un corso vanno aggiunti nuovamente usando un ID Apple gestito. I materiali aggiunti alla Libreria materiali sono disponibili per essere aggiunti in qualunque corso.
