View log messages and activity in Apple Configurator
As you work in Apple Configurator, you’ll want to have its Console window open on your desktop to view log messages collected by your computer and other connected devices, connected MDM servers, or connections to Apple. These log messages may deal with system events, dialog text, errors, status and other communications. If a problem occurs, you may be able to find information about the cause of the problem by viewing the log messages in Console or the background activities, which open in a separate window. Mobile device management (MDM) solutions can’t view this log information.
You can also view Apple Configurator activity, including when Apple Configurator connects to the internet to obtain specific information.
