Set the date, time, language, and region on Apple Vision Pro
Set the date and time
By default, the date and time, visible when you open Control Center or open the Clock app , are set automatically based on your location. If you want to change them—for example, when you’re traveling—you can adjust them.
Go to Settings > General > Date & Time.
Turn any of the following on or off:
Set Automatically: Apple Vision Pro gets the correct time over the network and updates it for the time zone you’re in. Some networks don’t support network time, so in some countries or regions, Apple Vision Pro may not be able to automatically determine the local time.
If you turn off Set Automatically, tap Time Zone, then search for a city to use for the time.
24-Hour Time: (not available in all countries or regions) Apple Vision Pro displays the hours from 0 to 23.
Set the language and region
In visionOS 1.2 or later, you choose the language and region of your Apple Vision Pro during setup. You can also change the language you want shown in visionOS and apps, and select the formats used to show dates, times, numbers, and more.
Go to Settings > General > Language & Region.
Set any of the following:
The language for Apple Vision Pro
To add another language and keyboard, tap Add Language, then select a language.
The region
The calendar format
The temperature unit (Fahrenheit or Celsius)
The measurement system (metric, US, or UK)
The first day of the week
The date format
The number format
Live Text (text you can select in images to copy or take action on)
You can see a preview of your region format settings at the bottom of the window.
