If you can’t access a document, a folder or an app on Mac
If you can’t use a document, a folder or an app that you need, you may have to change the permission settings for that item.
If you share your Mac with other users, consult with the administrator of your Mac or network. An administrator can control permissions for individual users on a single Mac. On a computer network, an administrator may also be able to control user access to apps, folders, servers and other resources.
If you are the only user of your Mac, see Change permissions for files, folders or disks.
Thanks for your feedback.
